Over the years, many issues. Technicians that performed their monthly checks and didn't come into the house when mom wasn't home yet, said they did check everything even though the house was locked. The traps in the basement were rarely changed out. Many calls for ants. Payments taken out of mom's account, but you had no record of it. The money was taken out of her account by US Pest nonetheless. The money was never put back in, just told "your payment is up-to-date." Finally, the technician that pointed out the termites in the barn to the buyer of our parent's place, causing the buyer to pull out of the deal and cost us $40,000! I make it a point to NOT recommend your company to anyone!

Our tech is wonderful. He gives us excellent service and he makes us feel comfortable in the product he uses. He takes time to listen to our concerns and then he addresses them. He stands behind the company and the values and mission. This company is worthy of supporting.

Lived in my house for just over one year. I signed up for monthly Service shortly after moving here. Since that time, I have seen two or three dead stink bugs and virtually no spiders in the house. I see some in the garage once in a while; but that is expected. I had problems with Wasps building nests on the outside of the house. That is virtually gone. Now that it has turned spring, I have wasps all over outside. They search all day long for some way into the house :-). Some made their way into the fire chamber of my gas fireplace. But they die when they get in there. On the last inspection, they found a couple of wasps in the unfinished attic and they treated the attic ventilation space for me. They sprayed extra on the outside for me as well the last time they were here. So far, I am very happy with their service.

I have to give an average rating because that is what I have seen. Just do the minimum and leave in seems like. Techs have been personable as well as the supervisor. I am not sure what I am expecting for the price but seems like it should be more.

I called 2 weeks ago to schedule my Termite and Carpenter bee treatment. I was asvised that I would receive a call the next week to schedule. I never received a phone call. 4/19 there were 2 invoices in my mailbox. One for $450. for Carpenter bee treatment. Time in and out was 15 minutes. One for termite inspection with a note that says (any time). I can see no evidence of anything being done. I know I have to be home for the termite inspection. I have tried calling the number on the invoice. No one answers and there is no voice mail to leave a message. I cancelled my regular treatments due to this same situation. However, I have spent way to much money with U S Pest to just cancell my termite and carpenter bee treatments. There is no way my whole house was treated for carpenter bees with the tech only being there for 15 minutes.

Phone calls not returned, glue traps not turned in for evaluation, have been told theres nothing in my home , its all in my imagination. Getting bit by something every day
and night, unbearable. Was told by other pest service evaluation its mites, they took glue trap and called back with results in 2 days! Us. Pest will not look at results or photos. Would you be happy with that kind of customer service? Two of the managers laughed at me when i complained, most of the time im ignored, or pacified by promises of " if we could identify pest ,we could exterminate it"..pest found by other company and still nothing has changed.tried to check no stars but wasnt allowed.

Not as happy as I was. I had a problem with ants after having the service for a couple of years. Even after being treated and me bleaching the trail they persisted for another three weeks. Not until I used a store bought product. Then they were gone. I tried calling the office but the manager was unavailable. I continue the service because you all are better than the previous ones in my area. The first technician was awesome. I have asked for help in treating my pool deck with no help. The present technician has sprayed the area of the deck but hasn’t found out why I continue to have such an enormous problem. My only solution is to tear down the deck and build a deck the ants don’t like. And treat the ground around the deck and my back yard with a product that will hinder them.
