I’d give you a zero if possible! Your phones are not answered well in Gallatin. It took multiple phone calls to get an inspection scheduled. I was told someone would reach out the same day of the inspection to schedule service and no one ever called. Two weeks later I’m calling again and to have someone come to spray and was told they’d be there “today at 4”. I arrive at 4 and no one is there. Two phone calls later someone comes. Your service is ridiculous!!! I want to speak to the owner!!!

Troy is the best!! Your company should use him to train the rest of your team. When he was out for knee surgery, we thought about switching to another pest control service due to the lack of quality of service we received by his absence.

Our rep is not consistent in his visits. We used to know when he was coming. Now it's any time, 2-4 weeks or more between visits. I also set up auto pay and recently I have been getting bills instead. I cannot keep up with it as well.

I called three weeks ago and asked to have someone come out because I had gnats everywhere. They told me that the would let someone know and get back to me. Never heard from anyone. Hate having different people every month, I like when whoever is doing my house to know what problems I have had in the past and keep on top of it. Pretty unhappy with you at the moment. Customer service is seriously lacking.

I am happy with your service, the amount of bugs has been reduced to almost none which in the country is amazing. Our technician is very friendly and efficient and used all the necessary precautions during this pandemic which is very much appreciated.

I am not happy with this service, I feel they are just jerking me around, I pay 50 dollars a month for their service and have for years, I really don't know whether their doing it or not Its always someone different doing it I don't know if their here or not they didn't leave a receipt My backyard has lots of ants, ive told the tech about this before but nonthing, still lots of ants. another tech. I got my receipt today from them , its been raining for 2 days now, I know they didn't show up to do this in the rain. who did this and what date did he do it on Im thinking of switching to another company not happy.

I have been a customer since moving here in 1997. Every technician who has been to our house has provided great service, done a thorough job and answered any questions I've ever had. Before leaving, the technician always encourages me to call if any issues should arise before the next scheduled visit.

I have no problem recommending this company to anyone in need of pest protection or any of the other services they provide. All work done by them has been reasonably priced.

Currently, we are not very happy at all. We are seriously thinking about finding another company. The man who came and done the termite inspection said that we might have fungus under the house. He said that he would say something to the office and the people that work in that area would come out to check. No one came. We told our regular monthly guy and he said he would tell the office. No one came out. We called and was told that they would be sending someone out. No one came out. We told the monthly guy again when he came out the next month. Still no one has been out. We are about fed up.

When we first started with you out service was much better. Any treatments outside our home don't keep ants away.

I am happy with the insect spraying. I call about the Outdoor Sensor two days ago about the humidity under the house, with the under house installations I was told to call if the humidity showed above 60%. I have still not heard from U.S. Pest. I have used U.S. for many services and pay at time of services. I am now wondering if my business is appreciated?

Both individuals were able to explain everything to us. They both were at our home for about 30 minutes. Still seeing ants this morning around door and a couple windows, but not as bad as before. Yes I would recommend them to other home onweres.
