Phone calls not returned, glue traps not turned in for evaluation, have been told theres nothing in my home , its all in my imagination. Getting bit by something every day
and night, unbearable. Was told by other pest service evaluation its mites, they took glue trap and called back with results in 2 days! Us. Pest will not look at results or photos. Would you be happy with that kind of customer service? Two of the managers laughed at me when i complained, most of the time im ignored, or pacified by promises of " if we could identify pest ,we could exterminate it"..pest found by other company and still nothing has changed.tried to check no stars but wasnt allowed.
