I called 2 weeks ago to schedule my Termite and Carpenter bee treatment. I was asvised that I would receive a call the next week to schedule. I never received a phone call. 4/19 there were 2 invoices in my mailbox. One for $450. for Carpenter bee treatment. Time in and out was 15 minutes. One for termite inspection with a note that says (any time). I can see no evidence of anything being done. I know I have to be home for the termite inspection. I have tried calling the number on the invoice. No one answers and there is no voice mail to leave a message. I cancelled my regular treatments due to this same situation. However, I have spent way to much money with U S Pest to just cancell my termite and carpenter bee treatments. There is no way my whole house was treated for carpenter bees with the tech only being there for 15 minutes.
