I love my service tech Dale. He has been the only tech over the years that has been responsive and met all our needs. I have been told that Dale will no longer be servicing any residential clients. I may need to consider getting another pest control service. A lot of HP other techs will not get under our crawl space or handle the rodent issues that we tend to have. Dale has been the only tech that give us great service and does not have a problem getting under the house. I will be upset if I lose Dale as my service tech.
