The semi-annual service has made all the difference for us, preventing what was an annual ant attack in our house. It also has eliminated wasps we had outside near our deck in the roof soffit vents. When we had a mouse problem, Colonial came and treated it quickly and effectively as a service call included in the semi-annual plan. Excellent service and technicians over the past 12 years!
