The representative was not factual in his portrayal of te situation he encountered. He stated there were missing parts when in truth there were after market parts as my system was an older model. By stating there were missing parts I then was denied my home warranty and was without heat for 6 weeks with an infant in my home until another company was sent out who reported the situation as it truly was. Very poor service.
