No I am not happy with the customer service. I asked to cancel my monthly ant, wasp,mice service back in April when covid hit and I didn't want a tech inside. have left other messages with Staff and still been charged for services in May and June that I shouldn't have. Was promised a call back from the account manager who was out when I called for the second time and it never happened. I am not happy with this service.
