Actually I am very disappointed !!!! I called about 3 wks ago to schedule an appointment for termite service. I was given the appointment for May 5. It is close to 1 month from the day I called.This is unacceptable!!!!
In the mean time I have termites flying all over my home inside and outside. I called GIL the manager of the North Miami branch, who told me he will try to reschedule my service earlier, so far I did not get any call( and truthfully I do not expect to get a call). I am a Customer of Truly Nolen for so many years in 3 services: Termites, pest and rodents. I will consider very seriously to change all the services with another company.
