The problem with roaches in my apartment has not been resolve by Truly Nolen after one year of treatment.

I called and scheduled termite service on Wednesday, Dec 1 and pest service on Saturday, Dec 4. The pest service seemed ok to me but the termite service did not happen. I called the office to follow up on the termite service and was told that there was something wrong with the email on record for the service and it wasn't set up. Strange that the same info was used for both termites and pests.
We rescheduled the termite service to Weds, Dec 8 from 11:30-1:30 but the representative told me it should be earlier. At 1pm I called to check on progress and was told that the technician would be late, maybe arriving at 2:30pm. So seems I spent two days waiting around for your service to arrive. I was offered the opportunity to reschedule-- but unfortunately I don't have the confidence to give your company another opportunity to perform on time. I decided to get services elsewhere with a company that I used previously, who never seemed to have any scheduling issues. Thank you.

This issue is regarding a termite treatment agreement we signed back in or about 2019.

The initial treatment was never completed when we reached to find out why they explained it was due to staffing.

In June or July of 2020 we received a visit from an employee doing aninspection after I had called of termite dropping. I was told someone would come out to treat the area at the same time I reported that the initial treatment was not completed I was told they would make arrangements to have it done.

A few days later we received a bill for about $400 to continue the service agreement we chose not to pay until the initial treatment was completed.

Instead the service agreement was terminated for non payment. We refused to pay until initial treatment was concluded.

In late May early June a Juan inspector from truly visited the house and the matter was explained. He seemed somewhat disinterested and exhibited a condescending and dismissive demeanor. He stated he would follow up with me and wrote it on his calendar. On the day of the schedule call I noticed a missed call from a Juan at about 8:00 pm. I was not expecting him to call so late he stated he would call by end of evening. I tried returning the call left messages and no reply. Then on several occasions I called and asked to speak with a manager none was available. Then one day I was told my message would be given to the manager of the location but I cannot recall her name at this moment. I have told customer service having attorneys in my family it will not be difficult to retain a lawyer for breach of contract and misrepresentation. To date my service agreement remains closed. We will gladly pay the balance to bring the agreement current but we will not knowing that the initial treatment was never done.

I hope you are able to resolve this matter.

I was treaded very poorly by my agent. He refuses to return my calls or texts. My termite dropping issue never slowed down mad every time I reached out I was just ignored. My renewal came up and I paid the renewal and I reached out again and he came by and inspected the termite dropping area and told me that he would show up by the end of July for treatment and he never showed up again. Is this the way your company treats its client? Based on my experience with him, he is just hungry to get a
Contract signed and then your client is on his own. I would appreciate some help please.

Bad local customer service, bad reply time . Still have ants spiders in the hose, I think more than before.

TENANTS TO SEE. FOR THE FIRST SPRAY ONLY 5 OUT OF 12 APARTMENTS WERE DONE. PLEASE LET PEOPLE KWOE,
IN MY PRIOR DEALINGS WITH Truly NoLEN IT WAS DONE AND IT WAS ACERTAIN DAY EX. 3RD THURDAY OF EACH MONTH. PLEASE TRY DOING THAT.

I would prefer to speak with a person so that the public does not have to see this. Hopfullly my issue will get resolved thank you.

2065 NE 121 Road, Miami, 33181, the truly nolen guy spent barely 15 minutes at my 2,300 square fts house, he didn't spray the sewer system and my terrace, which by the way is 6 fts near my terrace, roaches and ants are still living as never happened. What a Tramp!! If I knew the poor service I´ll never hire an annual subscription. Juan Castro is my executive. I´ll try to cancel this service.

Excellent service. Marc and Lance came to our residence and compared the Truly Nolen system against the spiked method of baiting/protection. Very thorough. We felt like they care about our property rather than acting as a salesman trying to get their next deal. Very satisfied.

I'm very happy with Truly Nolen services.

These guys are very responsive. I was able to get an inspection the next day, and the Cockroach service began soon after. Our tenant was able to coordinate treatments around their schedule, and really liked being informed directly and have the technicians phone number. It was useful to get a report of what was found and recommended treatments, and a schedule of the solution.

Every week I kill like 4 to 5 big roaches into my home. I’m very disappointed.

He deserves praise and a raise. There are not too many service providers today that exemplify his integrity. Truly Nolan is very Blessed to have such an employee.

My pest control monthly man is the greatest. One two three in the house out of the house and NO BUGS OR ANYTHING HANGING AROUND. tHE OUTSIDE IS ALSO GREAT.

I have left several messages for the new GM in my area. The old one, a female who lasted less than six months did not resolve the holes drilled into my ceiling to stop termites.

As I stated before, your pest control team is great but your termite team is THE WORST!

I told the former manager I would cancel my service if the ceilings were not fixed. Your call center was informed of this point as well.

Call me to resolve. I will not be renewing any services for 2020.

Actually I am very disappointed !!!! I called about 3 wks ago to schedule an appointment for termite service. I was given the appointment for May 5. It is close to 1 month from the day I called.This is unacceptable!!!!
In the mean time I have termites flying all over my home inside and outside. I called GIL the manager of the North Miami branch, who told me he will try to reschedule my service earlier, so far I did not get any call( and truthfully I do not expect to get a call). I am a Customer of Truly Nolen for so many years in 3 services: Termites, pest and rodents. I will consider very seriously to change all the services with another company.

Since Monday I have never seen so much or so many roaches around my apartment. The number of sights has more than doubled. I wonder what's going on here? Looks like the spraying did not kill them at all but invigorated them. Please, help.
