This issue is regarding a termite treatment agreement we signed back in or about 2019.

The initial treatment was never completed when we reached to find out why they explained it was due to staffing.

In June or July of 2020 we received a visit from an employee doing aninspection after I had called of termite dropping. I was told someone would come out to treat the area at the same time I reported that the initial treatment was not completed I was told they would make arrangements to have it done.

A few days later we received a bill for about $400 to continue the service agreement we chose not to pay until the initial treatment was completed.

Instead the service agreement was terminated for non payment. We refused to pay until initial treatment was concluded.

In late May early June a Juan inspector from truly visited the house and the matter was explained. He seemed somewhat disinterested and exhibited a condescending and dismissive demeanor. He stated he would follow up with me and wrote it on his calendar. On the day of the schedule call I noticed a missed call from a Juan at about 8:00 pm. I was not expecting him to call so late he stated he would call by end of evening. I tried returning the call left messages and no reply. Then on several occasions I called and asked to speak with a manager none was available. Then one day I was told my message would be given to the manager of the location but I cannot recall her name at this moment. I have told customer service having attorneys in my family it will not be difficult to retain a lawyer for breach of contract and misrepresentation. To date my service agreement remains closed. We will gladly pay the balance to bring the agreement current but we will not knowing that the initial treatment was never done.

I hope you are able to resolve this matter.
