I asked for a one-time treatment for roaches. After treatment the roaches were back within 2 weeks. I called and asserted that the treatment was ineffective. After review by a manager, a free retreatment was authorized and this time an appropriate control was used. On both visits the service representatives were friendly and professional. This the third year I am using Neuse Termite & Pest Control for my roach problem and as this only problem I had with them was satisfactorily resolved, I will continue using them.
