I had a service appointment 7 days ago; I was told the part had to be ordered which would take 1-2 business days to be received. Well, it's 7 days later and I’m still waiting on the part. It is currently 24 degrees outside, and I am still without heat. I have been in contact with Ms. Dakota who has been very helpful with the waiting process.
