Bill at ABC is my hero. He came right away, and listened to my concerns. He identified the bug immediately, and even though it's just a cricket, he understood how terrified I am of bugs. He made a suggestion for a plan to exterminate, and I am happy to say I haven't seen anything since. I am having ABC come once a month to make sure bugs are a thing of the past in my house!
