The technician was helpful, knowledgeable, through, and informative. That said...they didn't show up on the day they said they would. It was the next day before they arrived. And, whatever was in that stuff the tech sprayed...it stunk! For days. I couldn't go out to the lanai for five minutes without getting a headache.
