Hello, I'm sorry to have to report that I have not seen any difference in the appearance or growth of my lawn after your recent fertilization and weed killer application.. I am quite dissatisfied that all the HYPE I was given did not materialize.
I have called numerous times, left text messages, to no avail. No one has attempted to call or contact me. This is not what your literature describes as your company motto and mission statement. How disappointing!!!
The weeds are procreating, instead of drying up and disappearing. The grass is still patchy. The backyard is still in the same dismal condition it was before you supposedly treated it. Again how disappointing!!!
I'd like someone to come and reapply whatever it was that was applied again. Evidently it might have been sparingly applied because as I've stated, there is very little evidence anything was applied at all from the condition of the lawn. It has been watered twice weekly, additionally it has rained profusely...
Having only signed up for a months treatment, and considering the results, I would be hard pressed to continue with your company's services.
Sincerely hoping some remedy is offered to rectify my disappointment very soon.
