I regret to say I am most unhappy that someone (Anthony) showed up at my property without an appointment and when I couldn’t be there to give him access. I have a tenant who won’t let anyone in unless I am present. I got the post card in the mail and in the past would call and schedule an appointment but before I could do that I have a bill in my email. I continue to have a problem with mice and last Sunday morning saw one in the kitchen by the fireplace. I would have liked to have the baits checked in the basement.
