I used my warranty to cover a broken a.c. unit. I didn't understand what may have happened but when I originally scheduled it they showed up and left before I could come and see them when I rescheduled for later that day, they told me to expect them at a specific time and they showed up 2 hours early when I wasn't home and left. I then told them to send someone out at the time I scheduled and finally someone came out there to look at the unit and said I needed to reschedule for another day. I rescheduled for the following day, they showed up 40 minutes later than the time slot. Then they forgot the only tool they needed. I am now on my third time having someone come out to my property and fix it. It's a big hassle.
