I have several complaints and I hope that these issues will be resolved for your future customers. 1. there was a time change on our service, but we were not notified. I had to call into the office to figure out where our servicer was. The agent THEN mentions that there was a time change.
2. Terminix tried to take out the full bill which is over $1000.00 from our account without any authorization or confirmation. We had given our card information in the beginning to make the initial payment but did NOT authorize the full-service charge. Only when our card was declined, we get a call with the issue.
3. I speak with different representatives every time I call or receive a call. Makes me wonder if it could be a scam or spam.
4. I asked to be emailed with the resolution to my complaint on the account portal, yet I received a phone call instead from the representative unsure and uncertain if my request was even plausible. He already should have known the issue and the resolution if he was to call after reading my online email request.
Please change. Please do better. You are an important service. We appreciate what you do, but when things cost over thousand dollars, please be more considerate.
