I have had problems with the weeds in my yard for over a year now or ever since your company bought out Nelson's Lawn Service. It seems your company can't get rid of the weeds Nelson's had no problem with. I think you are either using the wrong mix and product or have cut back on the strength of the products. I have been complaining for over a year and have had your Tech's, Supervisor's and District Manager look at my yard and everyone say's they can take care of the problem, but that hasn't happened yet. Now they tell me the Ph level is bad where the weeds are at, but they are good in the rest of the yard. This doesn't sound right because the weeds are spreading throughout the whole yard. I asked service manager that I have been paying them to take care of my yard and wasn't getting the results so they should continue to take care of the yard and STOP Billing me until the yard gets back to where it was before Nelson's Lawn Service was sold out to McCall. I have not received an answer yet, but I was just invoiced again. I hope this letter gets to someone who can actually take care of their client and their problem before they lose a customer. It shouldn't take long to find out.
