Rodent Repair Plan Agreement # 14563 I just spoke to the tenant at the house and we still have mice. No one has come to the house since the $1,100 repair I paid for. The tenant is now setting the traps, but it seems the mice are now tripping the traps without being caught. The tenants said the repairs left a little to be desired. Can you have someone come out and take care of this? It's been over a month now. I've called and left a message and also emailed.
