Our service was performed as needed outside but the technician left our gate open and if it hadn't been for my neighbor calling and telling me that it was open in time, my dog would have been gone. I know it wasn't intentional but PLEASE impress upon your technicians the importance of double checking to make sure they leave gates closed as they found them. This could have been tragic. Thank you.
