I was really happy with the first service visit I received, but every subsequent visits have continuously declined. Technicians have not shown up on time if they show up at all, or they show up without an appointment, they have acted like it is an inconvenience to spray inside the home when that is part of the service, and they have moved things in the yard and not replaced them. Edgar did a good job, but I was not notified he was coming. If service does not improve I plan to cancel.
