I’m sorry I wasn’t home during your team’s visit on October 13. Because of that, the pest control service wasn’t completed. Could you please help me schedule a follow-up visit to complete the pest control treatment?

Also, I noticed that the service report mentioned “Highest wood moisture reading: 10.6% (good).” Could you please explain what this means and whether any further treatment is needed?
