I recently had the termite txt done and was misinformed about the procedure. I was told the job would take 3 hours and that my grarage concrete floor would be treated by putting holes in concrete. I have the info in my file and looked at it again today. The job was completed in an hour and no treatment was done in my garage although I was told to move all objects away from wall. Pretty expensive txt $500 plus for one hour. Received no receipt indicating this would be good for 15 years and would like to have something in writing.
