We had swarmer termites inside our dwelling. In the past we had our home treated with the chemical agent for termites. After 6 years it apparently wore off. We decided to switch to the bait system since the other did not prevent termites. We paid the $900 fee but I was bit disappointed that the fee was so high as we have been loyal customers for the past 6 years.
