In the past I have been notified and have scheduled the inspection however this time he just showed up. I was not here until he was leaving. I would prefer to have it scheduled in advance for future inspections. It appears from some paperwork I saw that he applied some liquid treatment. Is that true and is the treatment reapplied annually even if there is no live termite activity found?
