We had our quaterly service this past week (7/30). The usual outside service and inside since it's not been done in months. We have never had an issue until this service. The tech was clueless on what to do inside. All the other techs before went around doors and windows and appliances. This person just asked what problem was we were having. On occasion we see different bugs. How they get in I don't know, but it seems there would be a standard training from corporate on inside treatment. My wife felt like it was her responsibility to tell him what to do. Other wise we have never had any issues.
