The representative from Terminix was very professional and courteous. He explained exactly what he would be doing and reviewed the products he would be using and their safety towards animals due to the fact that we have a dog. As a new customer and a recent transplant to NC, the service recommended is affordable and seems to be selected for the problem identified. I have dealt with Terminix when I lived in NY and were very pleased with the work performed in that house, so therefore when I needed a pest control company here, Terminix was my first choice.
