I can’t say I’m 100% satisfied. I was told service time was 8 hrs and we needed out until the service tech called you let us know he was done. I was told they’d be here at 8 am so I got up early took my 4 dogs and 2 cats to the kennel at 7:30 so I would be sure to be back by 8 to meet them. I sat in front of my house for 45 mins before I called and was told he would be there at 9...
When he arrived we walked through and I verified with him that he had my cell number and would call when he was done. At 4:30 my wife asked if they were done as she was getting off work. I said I hadn’t heard from anyone. Come to find out the tech left the house at 2 pm and never called.
I called and they advised me he did leave at 2. So 9-2... 5 hrs. I advised them I wasn’t completely comfortable that since they said they needed 8 hrs and it took 5 that the job was done well. We’ll wait and see if that’s the case.
