Actually, I had canceled my service....wrote asking to cancel on my bill. We have CONTINUALLY asked to be called a day prior to service since we are frequently out of town and this has never happened. As I am currently IN Texas and received an email that service was once again completed...without a phone call and contrary to our canceling service - are we happy...no.
