The Terminex rep showed up on a rainy day was only able to do half the job and informed us we would have to call the office to reschedule as he could not do that. NOT HAPPY!! If it is raining and the forecast stated rain for the day...the appointment could and should have been cancelled and rescheduled... let’s see if your company steps up and does the right thing!!
