The service technicians, Kevin and J. Frazier seem to be very knowledgeable and thorough. They are friendly and professional, and are willing to answer all of our questions about the servicing of our home. We have been very pleased with both the regular pest control and the rodent exclusion contract. Jesse, the representative on the phone is very accommodating and friendly. Overall, we are very pleased with our pest control service from Bug Zapper! Thanks guys!
