Neal was very patient with us and looked in EVERY corner of the attic for the bees. Treated anywhere they could be. He then went on the ladder to the "peak" of the front where the bees were going in - sprayed the hole. He used our 28' ladder which he took out of the garage. We left it up until he came back and repeated a week later (to be sure all bees were gone). He sprayed the hole and then filled it with caulk. He then took the ladder down and put it back in the garage (husband is 84 years and did not need to handle ladder). Highly recommend this company for all your bee problems.
