We are very pleased with the pest control maintenance provided by Colonial Pest Control. Starting from the assistance from the office staff and right thru including the service technician. We needed authorization from our condo association to have our own pest control service and we requested assistance from the office staff to provide information in order to obtain the approval. Joe was extremely patient and helpful in obtaining the needed specifications. Also the service technician answered all my questions, provided information, and was very professional both in performing the maintenance service and communications with me.
