Great customer service! As a first-time pool owner, I'm not ashamed to admit I was lost with our new pool. Todd can out on the day we called, and he walked me through the operation and maintenance of our pool and spa. Todd also scheduled regular cleanings for our pool and installed a new electric heater for the spa. We would definitely recommend Gulf to Bay for first-time pool owners and seasoned pool owners alike!
