The companys' dispatch called me with an ETA AM on the scheduled visit day. The plumber was right on time. NO more waiting all day!
Tom was very professional & courteous. He wore shoe covering, and asked about COVID Mask protocol.
I had a "please fix it" list that I showed him. He examined the repairs and gave me a quote. Very fair compared to others.
The work commenced. When the plumber was done, he explained each fixes. Great!

He did not not try to "UPSELL" me on any plans.

They said what they were going to do, and did what they said.
