When I first signed up with them in their customer support team I just wanted to try them out and pay for one-time service the gentlemen on the phone for some reason thought that I wanted to pay for the whole year so he charged me for the full year. After a lot of back and forth, I became extremely frustrated and just decided to leave the contract. Fast forward a year later, I receive a bill from them from my last service. The issue is that they never sent me anything stating that my contract was over and they just assumed that I want to continue using the service and just charge me anyway I work in the customer service field and I have to say that is horrible customer service and there is horrible billing. Every service that I use that has a 3-month cycle 6-month cycle year cycle always ask you if you want to continue when you getting close to the end of the contract in their case they just continue charging that is unfair practices. I am going to report them to the better Business bureau and I hope that they take a look at this.

Thank you. It's a pleasure to receive your approval and hear you have been satisfied with our service. I am a little confused. It appears you are talking about more than one account on this review. I am sorry to hear there is a billing problem. I do believe the billing issue is only on your account. Your concern seems to be that the service continued after the first year. On the front of your agreement it states: This is a 12-month agreement that renews on a service-to- service basis. Hopefully this has answered your question.
