I recently called A-Academy for a carpenter ant situation. It was refreshing to have a live informative person answer the phone and help me with what I needed to have done. It began with an inspection with Skip who arrived right on time. After accessing what needed to be done I was given a very fair price ( I had called several other places, left messages never returned and a few were much more expensive). I scheduled the service appointment for the next day. The service technician Rich showed up promptly and went right to work. He did a fantastic thorough job and I have not seen one ant since my service of over 4 weeks ago. That says a lot considering all the problems I was having. Rich was polite and very attentive to all our bug needs. He was also very thorough and did not leave us with a mess. I was very impressed with this company and would use them again in a heart beat.
