The Sentricon bait stations are a good system and I am happy with the system. What I am not happy with as a customer is I pay 280$ yearly and there is no schedule given to me as to when your company is coming to assess the stations. I don't know who, what or when these stations are checked. Surely in this day and age you could tell me, the customer what date you are coming to check. In my opinion, spring and fall makes sense.

hi; signed up a couple years ago ,they updated our termite traps last spring but haven't seen anyone since, to even ck to c if they r empty had to call to set up a inspection as per tech they should b ok ???? but how do u know??

5 star rating for Paul, but -0- rating for fist tech sent to my home.
Your tech PAUL was, as always terrific and did a great job. However the person you originally sent a few days before was unacceptable. He eveidently had a chip on his shoulder when I asked him some questions & tried to direct him to my areas of concern.
It was his first time on my property.He told me he " was uncomfortable" and he did not complete the job. He told me he talked to your office & said Paul would come back
in a few days. He left my property without finishing the job. I NEVER want this man
to do any future job on my property.

Responses are usually slow or no response at all. They were supposed to come for initial inspection last Friday. No one showed up and no communication on reschedule. Once on phone folks are nice. They need to improve on scheduling and communication. Keep customers informed.

Very pleased with quarterly service for over 20 years. I do prefer scheduling my own appts rather than tech coming unannounced. First time that happened on 6-19. But ok, new appt Monday.

I had two different locations serviced. Chris the Technician was very professional and courteous. Residence number one required treatment inside and out. Super job. Second house just needed an outside spraying. Again, super job. Did have to come back for a respray because my Aunts, err, Ants dispersed but not entirely. Second spray seems to be working well. Job well done!!!
