The Sentricon bait stations are a good system and I am happy with the system. What I am not happy with as a customer is I pay 280$ yearly and there is no schedule given to me as to when your company is coming to assess the stations. I don't know who, what or when these stations are checked. Surely in this day and age you could tell me, the customer what date you are coming to check. In my opinion, spring and fall makes sense.
