I wasn't expecting them when they arrived, but they seemed thorough and were very polite. I normally wouldn't have been home at the time they arrived so they wouldn't have been able to inspect the ground floor areas. I recommend that they schedule appointments but can't complain about the service quality. I had my inspection report emailed later the same day so they don't waste time. Overall, definitely recommend them for the price and peace of mind with the Sentricon system.
