You have got to be kidding. I forwarded an email asking for the sales person to contact me about my complaint. What I received was another copy of my invoice on the very thing I was complaining about. Subsequently called the office and was put on hold for 20 minutes and then informed by a recorded voice that Xxx on extension XXX was not available and please leave a message. My next action was to write the cheque on the disputed invoice and informing the company to cancel all future service. I wish I could have given you a rating of zero. Good riddance!
