We offer pest and termite extermination, rodent and animal removal, flea and tick control, fire/carpenter ant pre-treatments, in-wall pest tubes, termite pre-treatments, baiting systems, and other comprehensive solutions for residential termite control and pest control.

Along with our superb pest control, we offer specialized lawn and ornamental shrubbery programs. The service sounded great. But, our lawn has never looked so bad. At this point we don't know if the lawn can be brought back.

To be honest, I’m somewhat disappointed in the service. We never seem to get the same technician, and they’re usually not here for very long. The lawn is of particular concern, especially as I look at our neighbors yards. I’ve been loyal for some time now, but I know my wife has suggested we try someone else.

I canceled service. Someone still showed up and charged me. Called and said I canceled the tech said he spoke to his managment to make sure this doesn’t happen again and then I just got charged AGAIN for service that never happened. Fraudulent business and explains the F rating on BBB.

No I am not happy. I am first time customer and told John Ortiz I needed to be home for first treatment. I asked for Tues afternoon 4/1. You guy came in the morning and never came to the door. My husband left a note on the door to call him, which he didn't do.
You guy has no idea of our property lines and the area he is supposed to treat. We wanted to be here the first time to show him and the issues.
I called and you are suppose to come back 4/14 when I will be home. I am not paying the bill until you guys comes back and goes over our property lines and the area that is suppose to be treated.
Very poor customer service. Appears you are anxious to just sign people up to get their money without understanding the property that is suppose to be treated.

I changed from another local lawn and pest control company to PestBear, and I’m very satisfied with the first lawn/ pest service. The technicians Derek and Billy are very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Customer service has been outstanding. It has been an easy transition and I’m happy with the results.

Im not a customer. Why are you charging me $85 when you already know no services were ever performed? I have security footage of this. Do not contact me further i will be disputing this charge with credit card company and leaving a review online as your technician never showed up to perform services and i was illegally charged $85!

We are out of town and were supposed to be contacted by a rep. before each lawn application. The next thing I know is some stranger knocking on our door and captured on our ring door bell with no idea who it is. No phone call, no application notification or no contact at all other than a stranger a our door. The lawn might be fine but the communication is poor.
