Tech came 7:40am which was 20mins earlier than appt time(8am), then she didn't even knock the door letting us know she's here early. As a customer, I wanted to see how my yard get treated, so I've been looking out the window since 8am. I haven't seen anyone from 8-11am. Later I was told that the tech was here 7:40am and stayed 40mins. I am not really sure if she stayed that long. I've worked on my sofa and looked out of window for 3hours, never seen anyone. I am very disappointed bc the tech kinda sneaked into my yard early and made me not to check how she treated my yard. This way, I have no idea if she did well treating my yard or not. Totally fine to come early but for the yard service, You should let customers know when you are going to treat the yard. That way if customers are at home they can check how the techs do their job. I expected higher customer service to be provided from Bug Authority since the payment is higher than other companies. I did give 2stars since the tech came back(to pick up the check) and apologized.
