It all depends on the technician you send out. Some take their time and do a thorough job while others go through the motions and are sometimes careless. For example, one of your techs turned off the pump for no apparent reason and didn't turn it back on. It was off for almost 2 days before I realized it and turned it back on. He also took the leaf basket out, left the debris in it, and then left the leaf basket sitting on top of the concrete with the leaf debris still in it. I had to clean it out and replace it myself. He indicated on the door hanger that he had cleaned out the leaf basket which he had not done.
