Highly disappointed. You're charging me $7000+ to replace the crawl space insulation in our home. They started last Thursday, October 15th. When they left at the end of the day, they said they'd be back Monday, the 19th to finish. They came back the 19th, but didn't finish. We were told they'd be back Tuesday, the 20th to finish and would call to let us know what time they would be here. We have neither seen nor heard from anyone since Monday. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?
