Thorough inspection. Isaiah took pictures that I thought he said that he would send to me, but can't find any in text or email. Logan treated areas. I asked about repair (Bondo) of any wood exposed areas or dry rot. Logan said that he would have Isaiah give me a proposal. Two day later, noticed "sawdust" around one of the areas treated.
