Service was set up for 1:30 pm and I reconfirmed at 9 am day of. Got a call from Proven Pest staff indicating driver would be 15-20 minutes late. He actually showed up at 2:26 pm. He did call prior and said was sorry going to be late. This made me late for another appt. I had booked! Actual application inside and outside was smooth.
