My service has not gone as planned.. Originally the plans was to spray my yard every Monday for a month at 250.00 application.
Monday was chosen due to my regular landscapes cutting every Friday.
I was billed for 2 applications when I only had 1. I paid for 1 with an explanation. The 2nd application showed up on A Friday, which I canceled due to my Landscaper was due the same day. It was rescheduled for the following Monday but a Hurricane ETA was due so they came on Tuesday for the 2nd application... it rained heavily just s few hours later, not sure that worked. It is now Wednesday night a week later & no sign of CatsEye or communication for the 3 rd application...
So what do you think 🤔?

I think not. No communication from CatsEye.
Sorry I hate this because the owners are personal friends & neighbors of many years.. not what I expected...
Willing to work with you but need to step up your game.
