Excellent at pest control. More difficult with customer service. Have requested multiple times for you to email me before service calls instead of phoning. This has never happened. Contacted you via your website's customer service page about this same issue and never received a reply. Therefore I have missed at least two calls so Eric could only do the outside of the house.
